About the plants

Yerba Mate – Energizing Ritual

Yerba mate is a traditional tea from South America with energizing and healing properties. It is often consumed as a social drink, passing it around the circle for different occasions. This medicinal tea is traditionally consumed on a cured gourd and a metal straw that filters the loose leaves of the tea. Mate drinking is a beautiful ritual that energizes your body, mind and spirit.

Cacao – Medicine of the Heart

One of the most sacred superfoods of the world, known and used for centuries by many cultures and communities in Central and South America for its power to open and heal the heart, allowing space to reconnect to ourselves and our direct environment, becoming more present and open to life. Cacao is a gentle yet powerful plant that can show us that healing can be sweet and smooth. Everything is better with chocolate!

Hape Tobacco – The Medicine of Silence

Hape Tobacco is a sacred medicine plant used by indigenous healers in the Amazon rainforest for thousands of years, in recent years, it has gained popularity among Westerners as a powerful shamanic medicine for healing and spiritual purposes. Hape tobacco is administered as a very thin powder that is blown up the nostrils using a bamboo, wood, or bone pipe called a kuripe or teepi. The effects of Hape can vary depending on the individual and the dosage, but they usually include a sense of grounding, clarity, and heightened awareness.
