Join us for the Zenthai Shiatsu Level One Training in Austria, a 5-day retreat-style immersion held from Sept 4th – 8th, 2026, at the serene Yoga Farm in Carinthia, Austria.

This training offers a deep dive into the art of Zenthai Shiatsu — a therapeutic blend of Zen Shiatsu, Thai Massage, and Osteopathic techniques grounded in the wisdom of the 5 Elements. You’ll learn to embody mindful movement, connection, and healing touch while being nourished by daily Zenthai Flow practices, hands-on bodywork sessions, and sacred spaces of stillness and song.

- €20 late check-out fee on the final day (including lunch)

The price includes use of the yoga studio, rooms, and garden, as well as three delicious vegan meals daily, bed linen, towels, parking, and Wi-Fi. Herbal teas, hot water, and seasonal fruit are available throughout the day. Accommodation is offered in shared rooms (up to 4 people).

If you’d like to join both the Level 1 Foundation and the 5 Elements Training, you’ll receive 10% off the total tuition cost.

You’ll stay at The Yoga Farm for the full duration, from Sept 4th – 13th, 2026, enjoying the peaceful rhythm of nature and the comfort of retreat-style living.

Between the two trainings, there will be a rest day to integrate and recharge. You may choose to hike in the Austrian mountains or relax at a nearby spa.
