About the organiser: FreshUp Agi
Agnes is a 500 RYT experienced yoga teacher.
First she managed her own yoga studio in Vienna (22 Bezirk) and now is leading daily classes and organises retreats YogaFarm Austria (as the co-founder), the place to Find Your Way.
Agnes lives at the YogaFarm with her family (husband and kids). Leading the cooking and the yoga classes.
Her mindset is that your change is out of your comfort zone. Her style is mixed with hatha, kundalini and other energy techniques.
